- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Provide customer support by addressing client needs promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management
Skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
