We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Water Restoration Technician to join us.

Restoration Technician Job Summary

In this role, you will respond to water damage emergencies, perform mitigation services, and assist in restoring residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss condition. Your responsibilities will include assessing water damage, extracting water, setting up drying equipment, and ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization to prevent mold growth.

Restoration Technician Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services.
• Assess and document extent of water damage using moisture meters and other tools
• Extract water using pumps and vaccuums, and set up drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers.
• Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mold growth.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering questions.
• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain detailed records of restoration work.
• Assist with other restoration tasks as needed, including fire and smoke damage restoration and mold remediation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
  
  
  

Restoration Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
