What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interviewer (Field Staff Specialist) position at Voice and Vision, Inc.?
We are seeking a motivated and highly personable individual to join Voice and Vision, Inc. on either the Chester or Delaware County Consumer/Member & Family Satisfaction Team (C/M/FST) Team.
The position involves interviewing people regarding their experience with behavioral health services as well as participation in reporting the results.
Qualifications include:
- Personal experience with behavioral health services (mental health and/or drug and alcohol) in Chester County or Delaware County for self or a family member
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
- Knowledgeable of behavioral health services and supports as well as recovery, resiliency, and person/family-centered principles
- Previous experience working as part of a team - preferred
- Intermediate skills Microsoft Word, email, and internet use
- Driver’s license, a car with current registration and insurance
The position is part time, approximately 15-20 hours per week. Hours will include some evenings or Saturdays. Hours may increase during busy times. Ability to travel in Chester County or Delaware County is expected. Travel for training and site visits is reimbursed.
Spanish Speaking is a plus!
