Welder I, Rotor Repair-1st shift
Appleton, WI
Hourly Rate: $20.50 to $25.00 per hour. After 6 months of employment, new hire is eligible for up to $1.50 per hour raise in pay.
Your tasks
- Weld repair work on various rotors used in paper making
- Grinding on various rotors after weld repair has been done
- Some travel may be required into customer locations to assist with field work
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Highly motivated with willingness to learn
- Work unsupervised after training is complete
Your Profile
- High School Degree or GED
- Manufacturing and/or Industrial environment experience preferred.
- Candidate must be able to use basic measuring equipment
- Candidate must have basic math skills
- Ability to work on various shifts, if required
