We are looking for a Sr Accountant -Asset Management to add to our team. Job Overview: Location: 2401 Mill Road (Eisenhower Ave), Alexandria VA - Hybrid - 4 days onsite /WeekSenior Accountant/ Analyst/ Auditor – Asset Managemento Resource to support the analysis associated with GASB 87, 94, and 96 pronouncements o Resource must be strong and well-versed with accounting in accordance with GAAP and government accounting standards, and have associated experience o Specific experience and or exposure to working with GASB 87, 94, and 96 or GASB implementation and other GAAP pronouncements related to accounting for capital assets. o Experience with reviewing and interpreting contracts/lease agreementso Ability to analyze and interpret financial data. o Strong accounting and financial statement preparation experience Qualifications: Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. CPA, CGFM, CMA or CIA is preferred.
