What You’ll Be Doing
- Negotiate easement and right-of-way acquisitions
- Communicate with property owners and clients
- Ability to foster a strong working relationship with the client
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent analytical skills
- Significant Right of Way experience
- Superior communication skills
- IRWA certifications or ODOT right-of-way prequalification preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Be willing to travel within the state
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be able to pass a drug test
