We are seeking a Membership Sales Representative who is motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable engaging with potential members to drive sales. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships that encourage long-term membership retention.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Conversion: Actively engage with prospective members via phone, text, email, social media, and in person to sell memberships.
- Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Track leads and maintain consistent follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
- Studio Tours & Consultations: Conduct engaging and informative tours, demonstrating the value of Volofit’s training programs.
- Objection Handling & Closing Sales: Confidently address concerns and guide prospects toward membership decisions.
- Member Engagement & Retention: Maintain ongoing communication with new and existing members to ensure they stay engaged and committed to their fitness goals.
- Proactive Outreach for Renewals: Monitor membership expirations and encourage renewals through follow-ups and promotions.
- Local Marketing & Outreach: Support business growth through community engagement, social media presence, and promotional events.
- Front Desk & Studio Operations: Provide front-desk coverage, greet members, manage check-ins, answer member inquiries, and maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
- Social Media: Participate in and support social media initiatives by appearing in content, engaging with local audiences, and helping convert online interest into in-studio visits. Participate in social media evaluation as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- 1 years of proven sales experience (membership sales, fitness, B2C sales, or similar)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls, texts, and follow-ups daily
- Experience using CRM software to track leads and member engagement
- Self-motivated and able to work independently toward sales and retention goals
Preferred:
- Experience selling fitness memberships or personal training
- Basic understanding of fitness and wellness
