We are looking for individuals for full time Lead Direct Support Professionals in our residential settings. Primary hours needed are 7am – 3pm and 3pm to 11pm.
Requirements; High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with both internal staff and community partners. A minimum of one year experience.
Primary responsibilities for a Direct Support Professional;
- Track, document, schedule and transport individuals to medical appointments.
- Ensure medical needs are reported and documented.
- Provide safety-sensitive transportation services as needed.
- Follow individual support plans and document daily.
