The Lead Specialist is responsible for all revenue cycle operations, including eligibility, authorizations, billing, follow-up, denials, appeals, and problem solving with payers. The position will require clear, detailed communication with clinical staff, payers, and clients at times and will act as a liaison. The lead specialist will also be familiar with various systems and will serve as a revenue cycle operations trainer.
