Summary
Regional Directors are responsible for the management of personnel, ensuring programs operate in compliance according to contract and / or regulations, meet organization standards, operate within approved budget and establish positive employee relations.
Regional Directors are under the direct supervision of the VP of Program Operations, and are members of the Senior Management team.

Essential Functions
- Plans, implements, administers and evaluates programs that provide services to the public
- Assesses community needs to foresee opportunities for program growth and expansion
- Maintain development accountability by engaging in partnerships with foundations (grants), corporate, and individual donors and volunteers
- Prepares and administers program budgets with administrative oversight
- Analyzes policies and procedures to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervises assigned personnel, including front line supervisors, program coordinators and / or support staff
- Manages human resources operations by ensuring staff are oriented, trained properly, understand discipline guidelines, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job responsibilities
- Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts
- Maintains working relationships with community agencies and organizations
- Develops programs to create community awareness of service availability
Competencies
Supervisory Responsibility
This position directly supervises all Program Directors and / or Program Managers within their region or programs.
