In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s trade practices comply with local and international regulations regarding the movement of products to our customers. This is a great opportunity to gain new skills and increase your knowledge in Trade Compliance and Export!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship.
- You will assist in coordinating the movement of goods and products from one destination to another. (This could be from one country to another or within the domestic United States.)
- You will ensure the correct paperwork for shipments and their exporters.
- You will also monitor freight through the entire process and work to resolve any issues.
- Maintaining and keeping documents traceable during the import / export process to ensure Veeder-Root complies with the Duty Drawback Program.
- Annual updating of Free Trade Agreement information
- Update parts with HTS codes / CCL restrictions.
