What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Inventory Assistant - Central Office - Volunteer Staff position at Vox Church?
Volunteer Team Members will use their gifts for 10-15 hours of unpaid time to serve the Church. They will be treated in many ways like regular Team Members and will be included in internal communication, invited to all-team meetings and events, have regular duties and goals for each block (we call this an M3), and have access to personal and leadership development.
Mission:
To support the production department in acquiring a 90% accuracy in the inventory of all production equipment, in taking new equipment for launches, and in creating a well-organized working environment in both the warehouse and production shop.
Outcomes:
- Inventory and log both HFD and BNF Central office products within 2 months
- Inventory, log, and mark fall campus launch equipment within 2 months
- Inventory, log, and mark production products across all campuses within 12 months
- Report on insured production assets church-wide to the finance team within 6 months
- Assist the Production Department with integration projects and large events by supplying the location of requested equipment on a monthly basis
