Your Impact:
- Expand Our Reach: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of our skilled nursing and long-term care services.
- Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations to drive referrals.
- Boost Admissions: Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for residents and families.
- Engage the Community: Attend and coordinate networking events, health fairs, and other outreach efforts to promote Voyage’s services.
- Track Success: Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates on marketing and referral outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or a related field (Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for relationship-building
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for making an impact
- Knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care regulations is a plus
