- General Description: Under the supervision of a Production supervisor, will perform the following duties:(CI) Process, Stacking, printing production skid ticket and record, record production on computer, tag pallets. Will perform finished stacking of product, repair and preventative maintenance on one or all case sealing machines. Must be able to properly understand and complete any or all necessary paperwork concerning skid ticket reporting for shipping of finished product. Responsible for performing work in a quality manner and producing a quality product.
- Duties.
- In-put production tickets with proper identification.
- Stack all production in accordance to pallet patterns established on master specification sheet.
- Ticket all production skids
- Clean assigned production areas during downtime.
- Record production in computer
- Use line computer – enter and/or edit all skid tickets and TSM information into computer.
- Read and understand TSM (Total Service Manual).
- Responsible for case coding legibility and accuracy.
- Responsible for quality finished line product inspection.
- Run end of production/shift reports from computer (supplementary skid ticket report].
- Responsible for partial and full skid counts.
- Manually create supplementary skid ticket reports.
- Changeover case sealer, case coder, and tape sealer
- Perform clean-up duties on conveyors and sealing machines.
- Perform other departmental duties as directed by supervision, including packing
- Assist in line and product changeovers as required
- Perform all duties with safety consciousness and regard for safety of other personnel.
- Perform all labor grade 1 and labor grade 2 machine operator duties as required by supervision.
