Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our food production facility in Dallas!
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.) in both English and Spanish.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and orders are processed efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented and recorded in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
