Program Management, Strong leadership, SME, Deliverable accountable, PMP certified, ServiceNow, Infrastructure Experience.
Possess and maintain in good standings recent certification Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP).
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience managing similar size and scope contract.
• Demonstrated experience writing and oral communication skills, managing day-to-day activities of IT team, and demonstrates proven skills in those technical areas addressed by the delivery order to be managed.
• Demonstrated experience organizing, directing, and coordinating the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.,
Technical Program Management for technologies - CCNA, CCNP, Azure AD, AD, Cohesity, Nutanix, JamF, and Overall Infrastructure Management Contracts including ServiceNow and ITSM practices is a must.
