It is desired for the SME-1eveI key personnel for this position to fulfill the expected qualifications and have a Master' s degree, an Program or Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Institute (PMI) , or Defense Acquisition University (DAU) ) , and fifteen (15) years of relevant program or project management experience with at least seven (7) years of relevant NRO experience . Experience should be on program or project(s) of similar technical scope, size, and complexity.
SME-level key personnel for this position are required to have an industry-recognized Program or Project Management (e.g. , PMI or DAU) certification, at least five (5) years of relevant NRO experience, and ten (10) years of relevant management experience on program (s) or project (s) of similar technical scope, size, and complexity. Key Personnel are also expected to have a proven record of exceptional written and oral communication expertise.
