Answer the telephone in a cordial and professional manner; Transfer live calls and voice messages to appropriate individuals; Direct individuals and/or families to the appropriate office(s); Maintain dispatch/activity log; Utilize radio dispatch to direct Officers; Have the ability to call 911 or other emergency services to relay information; Be able to work independently and handle multiple interruptions; Must maintain confidentiality
