What You’ll DoThe Facilities/Operations Manager shall possess at least five (5) years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in the management and supervision of complex commercial and institutional facilities involving facility operations and maintenance of the approximate size and characteristics of the FLETC Complex in Charleston, SC.
They should have demonstrated skills and knowledge in planning for and establishing the management and structural organization needed to operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. At a minimum must have specific experience in financial reporting, plant operations, preventative maintenance programs, work scheduling, and quality control systems.
They shall have basic computer skills to include the ability to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required.
