We are seeking entry level, 4-6 year experienced civil engineers to join our Charlotte/Huntersville office. From working with clients and across company departments to site visits to producing plans, you’ll be involved in many aspects of the land development process.

- Site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management design
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with teammates locally and at other office locations
- Permit coordination and municipal outreach
- Preparation of site construction documentation, including demolition plans, layout plans, erosion control plans, grading and drainage plans, stormwater management, utilities, site details, transportation improvements, and project cost estimates/analysis
- Due diligence and site analysis
- Preparation of engineering or technical computations and preparation of design solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT license preferred but not required
- 3-6 years' of experience as a project engineering working on production
- Project experience within either residential, commercial, multifamily, and industrial
- Knowledge of local municipal, county and state land use, planning and zoning processes and regulations
- Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
