W&W is a Structural Steel contractor, focusing on Arizona. We have been in business in Tempe for over 35 years and have a strong reputation. We are looking for a Structural Steel Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience and a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
Role Description
- Review project bids to determine project scheduling and resource needs.
- Running multiple projects
- Oversee delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Interpret plan drawings and create drawings or plans using project management tools when necessary.
- Ensure all assigned team members are properly trained and equipped, and materials and supplies needed are readily available.
- Analyze and control operational expenditures including labor and equipment to maintain budget and ensure the project is completed within productivity, cost effectiveness, safety and timeline requirements.
Qualifications
- 5 years of construction experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must know how to interpret project drawings
- Previous experience working with project management tools; tech savvy
- A creative thinker: has the ability to pivot when things do not go to plan
