Your Role and Responsibilities:
Design and Process Improvement:
- Develop new and improve existing production areas.
- Actively participate in core teams, design new processes and research best practices.
- Perform cost analysis, draw layouts, and obtain necessary approvals.
Maintenance and Documentation:
- Process tool replacements and maintain routing.
- Calibrate equipment and perform safety reviews.
- Train machine operators and conduct time study audits.
ISO Functions:
- Perform OMS updates and process audit requests.
- Implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Problem Analysis:
- Resolve manufacturing and safety issues efficiently.
- Contact specialists when necessary and document processes.
Production Maximization:
- Use current tooling and personnel effectively to maximize production without compromising quality.
What You Need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing engineering experience (3 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of production processes and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.
- Proficient in CAD, Word, Excel, and Access, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
