Management Accountant
Location : Marlow / Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in the office after probation)
Salary : £50,000 - £55,000

About the Role :
The Management Accountant will play a key role in the finance team, supporting the Group FD with day-to-day operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and controls.
Duties will include :
- Preparing and processing revenue recognition, accruals, and prepayments.
- Maintaining intercompany accounts and performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Producing VAT returns, Intrastat, and EC sales reporting.
- Generating month-end accounts and AR ledger reports for review.
- Supporting P&L analysis, variance commentary, and cash flow forecasting.
- Assisting with audits and developing robust financial processes.
- Monthly project and service accounting, alongside risk and opportunity identification.
About the Successful Applicant :
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a month-end focused role, with strong VAT and multi-currency expertise. They will be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA (or qualified by experience) and have project or cost accounting exposure. Proficiency with financial software, along with strong Excel and communication skills, is essential.
