We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential properties, AirBNB's ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Handle floor care duties such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
- Follow safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with any additional housekeeping tasks as requested by clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Familiarity with janitorial or commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- A background in customer service is essential to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and carpet cleaning methods will be advantageous.
