Key Responsibilities:
As a Life Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families protect their financial well-being. You will be responsible for:Prospecting/Lead Generation (60%)
- Conduct daily cold calls and attend networking events.
- Build trust with prospects by understanding their unique needs and providing high-quality solutions.
- Accurately complete applications and related documentation.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain detailed records.
- Achieve monthly goals: 20 submitted applications, 10 new policies issued, 4 networking events.
- 5-10 hours of cold calling (weekly)
Proposal Process and Presentation (25%)
- Follow agency procedures for proposals.
- Submit comprehensive information to underwriters and respond to additional requests.
- Document coverage discussions and submit new business paperwork accurately.
- Maintain a closing ratio of 50% or higher and achieve high client satisfaction scores.
Customer Retention (10%)
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout their policy terms.
- Provide exceptional customer service, quote coverage changes, and conduct annual policy reviews.
- Ensure a 90% client retention rate and document quarterly check-ins.
General Duties (5%)
- Stay updated with industry knowledge and attend required meetings.
- Submit accurate documentation and maintain CRM records.
- Ensure continuous education credits for an active license.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Texas Life & Health License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in life insurance sales.
- Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and experience in cold calling.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Decisive, confident, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
