Job Purpose

SmartVMA is a cutting-edge dealership tool that will help you, our customers, and Wagonmaster meet specific goals and KPI’s. This role will allow you the unique opportunity to build relationships with both customers and fellow employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent software sales support and guidance to Business Developers and customers.
- Installing software sales support and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEM’s.
- Regular communication with the Business Development Directors to ensure the launch of all customers is on schedule.
- Liaison between Wagonmaster and SmartVMA.
- Work with the Business Development Directors to set up regular reporting schedules for all customers.
- Build and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers personal KPI’s.
- Maintain documentation and ensure updates, as applicable, for changing strategies and processes.
- Build relationships with the Business Developers to ensure constant communication and the ultimate success of SmartVMA for our customers.
- Use of Wagonmaster’s CRM and sales tools to aid in your personal and business development is required.
- Remain up to date with individual customer reports, company mileage reports, and personal expense reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive fixed operations environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with advisor and dealer management systems is a plus.
- Automotive software experience is an asset.
- High computer aptitude and ability to learn new applications. Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Adobe Suite is an asset.
- Education in IT / Computer Sciences is an asset.
- Effective time management and organization.
- Motor vehicle license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills , with the ability to effectively present themselves to clients.
Prerequisite:
- The candidate should reside in Pierce County, Lakewood, or near the University of Tacoma.
- A reliable vehicle is required for the role.

Working Conditions
Role to be performed in a provided office space during regular working hours. Time in the field with customers required. Ability to travel within the United States and to Canada.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit & stand for prolonged periods of time with adequate manual dexterity to write legibly and perform computer duties.
