The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategy and success of all Talent Acquisition processes surrounding onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include training and auditing to meet the departmental goals. Understands the language of recruitment and employment and is an expert with: pre-hire clearance, I-9 verification, work flow, system feeds, data import/export, triggers, days-to-fill, vacancy rate. Effectively manages large scope recruiting as well as projects both in implementation and in solutions. Position offers variety of responsibilities, requires adaptability, meeting time sensitive deadlines, critical thinking, constant process improvement, strong communication skills as well as an eye for detail.
