We are seeking an experienced and proactive Environmental Engineer to lead environmental compliance efforts for a growing upstream E&P organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage environmental projects, mentor team members, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. The position reports to the Director of Environmental and offers a collaborative, hands-on environment with opportunities for professional growth. They also work a hybrid WFH schedule!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary environmental compliance contact for a designated geographical area.
- Develop, implement, and maintain programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Conduct and review technical work, including audits and incident investigations, such as spills or NOVs.
- Collaborate with field operations, EHS personnel, and leadership to meet compliance goals.
- Prepare and deliver employee training and maintain environmental records and tracking systems.
