Land Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Land Technician to join an established private equity group focused on non-operated onshore oil and gas assets. This role supports the Land and A&D teams in managing and optimizing the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update land records, including leases, contracts, and ownership data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Assist in preparing reports, exhibits, and maps for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Land team to manage payments, track obligations, and ensure timely execution of agreements.
• Research and analyze title documents, mineral ownership, and leasehold interests to support due diligence efforts.
• Support acquisitions and divestitures by providing detailed land-related documentation and analysis.
• Interface with third parties, including operators, partners, and regulatory agencies, as needed.
