The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment. The position is specifically responsible for sanitation and ware-washing of all kitchen equipment, china, glass, silver, kitchen pots, pans, and utensils used in all food and beverage outlets. Essential Functions:

• Wash pots, pans, trays, utensils, and dishes by hand and/or place them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, sweep and mop floors, wash work tables, walls, remove trash, grease, and clean cans.
• Report any maintenance issues or defective equipment to the Management immediately.
• Check-in stock and store it. Stock plates and pans on line.

Required:

• Ability to use dishwashing equipment, appliances, large and small wares, hand trucks, dolly, trash compactor, and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work with food products containing common allergens.
