Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring employees’ compliance with the sites Quality Management System (QMS), documenting nonconformances, and reporting nonconformances.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in overseeing the shipping process, documenting any nonconformances observed during the operation as well as actioning on and communicating any nonconformances which occur during the operation.
- Ensure accuracy of process outputs per information established.
- Maintain high standards of overall quality and process outputs.
- Ensure accurate reporting of relevant Business KPI’s and metrics.
- Provide transparency to the Quality & Safety Manager and other appropriate leadership of any nonconformance discovered during the operation.
- Be proactive by halting a process when a nonconformance is discovered which has the potential to escape the facility and communicate the nonconformance to the Quality & Safety Manager and other appropriate leadership.
- Report daily the overall quality and compliance of the operation including nonconformances discovered, failure modes, and action taken.

- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or relative experience
- 3 - 5 years experince working with a QMS
Pay Range
USD $20.70 - USD $20.70 /Hr.Salary : $21
