Walker Warner offers Architecture Internships on a rolling basis, in person based out of the San Francisco, CA office.Internships are ideally three (3) to six (6) months in length and no shorter than 10 weeks in duration, full time (40 hours per week).Primary ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Project Teams to create meaningful architectural works and gain knowledge of design, documentation and presentation best practicesAttend and actively participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, site visits and regular office eventsPerform specific and limited portions of architectural assignments under direct supervisionDocument changes to architectural drawings as instructedOther duties as assignedQualificationsPursuing a degree in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of educationProficient in the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong experience in 3-D drafting/modeling and producing imagery; software experience in Archicad & Twinmotion preferred but not requiredCreativity - has a passion for and is skilled in designDesign language - ability to understand and translate design goals in alignment with firm goalsDetail oriented - precise, thorough, checks work and completes tasks accurately and on timeProactive, curious and driven - seeks out information, asks questions, drives learning processExcellent communication skills both written and verbalComfortable working individually and as part of a teamCompensation and BenefitsThe hiring base annual salary range or hourly rate for this position will be shared when actively recruiting for this role, as required by law.
