Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with who has a willingness to learn, outgoing personality who can provide quality control functions for rental assistance programs with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work within a team, and will be highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines.
What will you do?
* Provide case management for rental assistance programs
* Perform associated activities with portability of rental assistance programs
* Maintain close contact with other service agencies and/or organizations to provide information and referral services to program participants and landlords
* Maintain up-to-date desk manual
* Maintain a positive public image and is responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues
What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need?
* Customer Service Experience
* General Math Knowledge
* Maintain confidentiality
* Initiative, collaboration and teamwork
* Attention to detail
* Requires two (2) years of college and two (2) years’ experience in the related field, or four (4) years’ experience in lieu of education
* Ability to obtain Section 8 Housing Quality Standards (HQS) certification within one (1) year of hire date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.47 - $25.85 per hour
