Wallace Montgomery (WM) is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Highways Project Manager, who will directly support our firm’s Roadway practice. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual to directly contribute to the firm’s expansion in this rapidly growing business line. In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for delivering critical highways related projects that serve all communities across the mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications
Candidate should have 8 years of experience in Highway and Roadway engineering, and possess excellent communication skills, demonstrated supervisory experience, and strong client coordination abilities. Responsibilities include comprehensive capital project management and reporting and navigating project development from design through construction. Work involves detailed coordination and tracking of financial and procurement processes to meet overall program goals and objectives. On-site work assignments are anticipated, including working directly at client offices, and operating as a representative of the owner.
WM’s Project Managers provide engineering expertise and knowledge of various types of design, managing technical staff, mentoring junior staff, managing multiple projects, project budgets, and assisting with marketing endeavors. MicroStation and/or AutoCAD experience preferred. PE License and/or BS Degree required.
