- Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday; variable shifts between 7:30 am – 6:30 pm

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No dental clinic experience is required!
- Experience working with underserved populations? We want to meet you!
Your Role: As a Dental Sterilization Technician, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our dental team has the cleanest, safest tools and equipment to work their magic. Your mission? To sterilize, set up, break down, and assist chairside as needed. Plus, you'll be a crucial part of maintaining our high-quality standards!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sterilize and disinfect treatment rooms, tools, and equipment. (Yes, it's like magic!)
- Set up and break down operatories (Think of it as your mini dental stage!)
- Keep a close eye on supplies and inventory. (You're the guardian of our dental treasure!)
- Be a friendly face, providing basic chairside assistance to our fantastic dental team. (We'll teach you the ropes!)

Career Growth with Wallace:
1. Dental Sterilization Tech
- No dental experience is required.
- Pay range: $17.00 - $21.00/hour
2. Dental Assistant I
- Complete the Dental Assisting program
- One year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Pay range: $19.60 - $26.50/hour
3. Dental Assistant II
- Three years of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Pay range: $21.40 - $28.90/hour
4. Dental Assistant III
- Five or more years of Dental Assistant experience
- Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification
- Pay range: $27.75 - $37.50/hour
We are excited to be able to offer our Dental Assistants valuable experience to help prepare for the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant exam, as well as the experience and professional references required to apply for Dental Hygiene school if they choose to pursue a career as a Dental Hygienist!
