Wallbox is seeking a driven and motivated Logistics Specialist to help optimize and improve operations workflows to keep our business running efficiently. The Logistics Specialist will be a key part of our growing North America team, working closely with our North America Operations Manager. You will support projects focused on establishing and growing our North American expansion. These include optimizing logistics processes, helping establish a decentralized warehouse network, and ensuring efficient deliveries to customers. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects in logistics, in alignment with the business goals of North America
- Act as acknowledged authority of logistics strategy and implementing strategies to ensure cross-functional productivity
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (carriers, factories, vendors, Wallbox network) and drive measurable excellence with the relevant supply chain/ logistics KPIs
- Give qualified estimations of logistics cost for specific project related inquiries from the business
- Observe domestic and international market trends and assist in incorporating new service providers and/ or technologies into our logistics portfolio
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of existing products and new product specifications
- Utalize Wallbox’ carrier network and negotiate carrier rates in the market to select best-cost service providers for our business needs
- Manage Supply Chain risks, and market uncertainties to avoid potential damages/ exploit opportunities through risk mitigation plans
- Provide strategic support to business units on warehouse related requirements (e.g. layouts, equipment, tools, ERP systems, process enhancements)
- Interface with global and corporate sourcing team to support general procurement and logistics related topics for continuous improvement
- Management and monitoring of all inventory receival and reverse logistics
- Monitoring of transport deliveries to the end customer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related quantitative major
- 2-3 years experience in a similar operations or logistics position
- Proven track record of optimizing workflows in a growing/scaling environment
- Passion for Wallbox and a strong dedication to navigating organizational processes
- Strong analytic skills and experience with data analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfort juggling several priorities concurrently
- Proficiency using Microsoft and Google suites (PowerPoint, Excel, GDocs etc)
- Eligible to work in the US

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
