Job Summary
The Community Manager will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining occupancy levels, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals.
- Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy.
- Complete move-out paperwork and unit inspections.
- Review rental applications and ensure collections of monies due.
- Audit resident files and assist with responding to audit findings.
- Maintain positive relationships with community owners and residents.
- Process community invoices and staff payroll.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year experience as a residential property manager, preferably with HUD/Section 8 experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Valid driver's license.
Salary
$47,000 - $55,000 per year.
