As an RN Nurse Manager, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

Scope of Responsibility: To provide consistent high quality care services to each resident and his/her family through leadership, supervision and support of the nursing team. Identify resident needs and promote team approach to resident comfort and care.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio
- Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
- Current certification in infection prevention
- Previous supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required.
- Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired.
- Experience with electronic medical records desired (we use PCC)

- Monday- Friday
- On call Rotation every 3-4 weekend
- Hours are 930am to 6pm

Pay: $78,852.00 - $89,564.00 per year
