Responsibilities Include :

- Manages the procurement, installation, and validation of laboratory equipment, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal working condition for peak performance.
- Oversee all staffing activities, including recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and the development of ongoing training and education programs to foster professional growth.
- Monitors and ensures the highest standards of laboratory quality, including test accuracy, turnaround times, and full compliance with accreditation standards.
