What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Associate position at Walrath Recruiting, Inc.?

Responsibilities Include :

Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues related to online accounts, account reconciliations, and general questions.
Maintain detailed records of member interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions.
Create and manage CRM tickets for complex inquiries, ensuring comprehensive information is documented for efficient resolution.
Maintain a thorough understanding of daily processing requirements to provide members with accurate and updated information.

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

3 years of experience working in a banking or federal credit union.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must.

Hours & Benefits :

M-F 10 : 15am - 6 : 45pm

20 later shift differential a day ($100 / week total)

25 / day commute stipend

100% In-Person
