IT Support Specialist

We are searching for our next IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for the support, maintenance, and assisting with administration of various business systems. If you have a strong aptitude for working with business systems, we will train the right candidate, even if they don't have all necessary experience.

Duties of this position will include but not be limited to:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for all IT Construction Technology requests.
• Investigating and responding to requests for technical assistance.
• Assisting with the administration and maintenance of the configuration of business systems including but not limited to the project management system and company Intranet.
• Managing the deployment of updates to the business systems, including patch application to a staging environment, system testing, patch certification, change communication, and deployment to production.
• Writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions and steps required to deploy, develop, or modify business systems.
• Developing and maintaining transactional and business intelligence reports and reporting environments.
• Managing software through tracking issues and resolutions.
• Maintaining and updating business system training material and related documentation.
