Job duties:
- Review work orders to place orders for parts in a timely manner
- Receive parts as they come in; track PO
- Efficient communication with technicians, vendors and customers
- Research parts online and with vendors to develop estimates
- Return phone calls and email promptly and with professionalism
- Weekly audits of work orders and parts comparison to verify service is all set
- Stock supplies for Company and Parts Department such as tools; office/cleaning supplies/nuts/bolts
- Year-end inventory counts
- Housekeeping in parts department
