Electronic Technician
This role involves providing hardware support to multiple lines of businesses, including responding to issues with Avaya or Cisco phone systems, Wi-Fi and TIMELOX equipment, and resort in-room technology devices.
Duties:
- Installation and full sustainment of network and data devices, including layer 1 infrastructure
- SUPPORT FOR SPECIAL EVENTS TEAM
The ideal candidate will have telephony experience, layer 1 experience, knowledge of Cisco/Avaya voice systems and T1/Data circuits, and ability to terminate and solve CAT6a cabling. A valid Florida state driver's license is also required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Avaya environment
- Valid Florida state driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
