- $16.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, Internet lead activity management, inbound service calls, and internet inquiries.
- Fast-paced call center environment where time management and multitasking skills are a requirement.
- Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product questions received via phone and/or internet
- Heavy use of CRM and multiple manufacturer websites
- Need to feel comfortable with high volume
- Contribute to high scores for the manufacturers customer satisfaction index (CSI)
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to hit quotas and maximize business opportunities
- Customer retention
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
- Must have a clean & valid drivers license
