Dishwashers work at both the Regional Kitchen and assigned Venue Kitchens during events and help upkeep the kitchen.

LOCATION: Georgetown, TX
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Working as a Dishwasher during events.
- Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher. Hand wash items as necessary.
- Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately.
- Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors.
- Ensure compliance HACCP within the kitchen areas.
- Exhibiting a teamwork atmosphere.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights/weekends.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- Previous Dishwasher or Kitchen experience a plus
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Lift 10-25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
