We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to fill an open position at our corporate office in Macon.
Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.

Duties:
- Navigating customer AR questions and providing copies of invoices
- Research customer discrepancies and skipped invoices
- Creating AR invoices for C-Store tickets (EFS, TCheck, Transplatinum, Multiservice, Wex transactions)
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
- Deposit checks via scanner
- Credit Cards
- ACH
- Research and reach out for returned checks and ACH’s
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Perform other related duties as assigned
