What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tank Wagon Driver position at Walthall Oil Company?
Job Description:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Pre and post trip inspections
Ablility to load truck compartments at loading racks and terminals
Safely deliver fuel, oil, or packaged products to various site locations
Follow FMCSA, State and DOT Safety regulations
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with dispatching team
Ability to compute basic math calculations and use calculator
Ablity to drive manual equipment
Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, pull, and push all shapes and size hoses and container packages
Ablitiy to lift up to 40 with no assistance
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot situations that may arise before and during a delivery
Be on-call for emergency deliveries on a calendar schedule which may include major holidays
