What are the responsibilities and job description for the Robotic Simulation position at Waltonen?
Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Simulation Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Report to Robotic Simulation Lead
- Utilize software (Process Simulate) to simulate the movement of robotic systems.
- Ensure the robotic layout is collision-free, makes rate, and meets customer standards
- Support Robotic Selection, cycle time optimization, and sequence of operation
- Train and mentor junior simulation engineers
- Validate Tooling
- Perform offline programming
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience utilizing Process Simulate, Delmia, or Robcad.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience utilizing Process Simulate
