You’ll work directly with clients, assisting our senior leads on multiple accounts to ensure projects move through the agency on time and on budget. This is a highly task oriented, administrative role that requires strong organization and attention to detail.
Your diverse workload will support a stellar client service team. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to help deliver the best work to our clients. At Walz Tetrick, no two days are the same.
\n- Use the agency’s internal project management tool to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects and deadlines. This includes timeline management, preparation of forms and briefs, etc.
- Help prepare for and attend client meetings and summarize meeting notes succinctly. Be able to communicate next steps and agreed upon deliverables.
- Develop positive and productive working relationships to establish trust among teammates and clients.
- Be attentive and provide polished, high-quality work to clients and associates.
- Learn each client’s business and key issues, and understand industry trends and competitive environment data.
- Work closely with supervisors and peers in integrated media, creative, accounting and new business to meet budgets, timelines and deliverables.
- Consistently demonstrate project leadership by being prepared, thorough and accurate.
- Additional responsibilities may evolve as account and client needs change.
- Internship experience or experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Reliable, trustworthy and team focused.
