Position Overview:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about fashion. You'll play a key role in crafting visually captivating marketing materials that elevate the Wantable brand, connect with our audience, and bring our unique style to life. Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Collaborate with the Junior Art Director to design and produce stunning visuals for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, digital ads, lookbooks, and packaging
• Ensure all designs align with Wantable's visual identity, maintaining consistency across all channels while pushing creative innovation
• Stay ahead of design trends, always bringing fresh ideas and a modern aesthetic to the table
  
  

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with a talented team of copywriters, photographers, and digital marketers to craft integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns
• Incorporate feedback from key stakeholders, including the Senior Director and Junior Art Director, to refine and enhance designs
• Be a strong communicator, translating creative ideas into visual storytelling that resonates with our audience
  
  

Project Management:

• Juggle multiple projects, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality
• Organize and maintain an easily accessible library of design assets—templates, graphics, and imagery—for efficient use across the marketing team
• Proofread all design work meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail before final production
  
  

Digital Marketing Support:

• Create scroll-stopping content for our social media platforms that speaks directly to our fashion-forward audience
• Design eye-catching email templates and graphics that drive engagement and conversions
• Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website's visuals enhance user experience and stay true to the brand's identity
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion or beauty industry
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital and print design work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a flair for creative problem-solving
• A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects
  
  

This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of two in-office days per week. Occasional travel for photoshoots, industry events, and partner meetings may be required.
